bdc33 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the bdc33 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bdc33 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the bdc33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

bdc33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus balance.

Each eligible individual may hold one and only one registered account on the bdc33 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, payment method details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify bdc33 promptly of any change. bdc33 accepts no liability arising from your failure to provide or update accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bdc33 support immediately.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the bdc33 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdc33 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability in your location:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Select Bangladeshi bank transfers (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to your bdc33 account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays including Eid and Pohela Boishakh, or in cases where additional verification is required.

bdc33 reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering (AML) checks on any account and to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the outcome of such checks. You must not use the bdc33 platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

bdc33 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of any specific bonus or promotion are governed by the individual promotion's terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdc33 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements are 20x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bdc33 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time where misuse, abuse, or system manipulation is suspected.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account.

All bets placed and games played on the bdc33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games or other gaming products. These product-specific rules are available within the respective game or betting market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In relation to the bdc33 sportsbook specifically:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bdc33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error in pricing.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the same acceptance conditions. bdc33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Bets on cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are subject to the Cricket Betting Rules published in the sportsbook section.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as published on the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

In relation to live casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers, all game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealing processes. bdc33 does not interfere with game outcomes. Decisions made by the live dealer or game RNG are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdc33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with betting markets on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where such activity is identified as exploitative of the platform's pricing.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to use your bdc33 account.

bdc33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).

Where an account is closed by bdc33 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bdc33 support. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion request will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy. • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from bdc33.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform or any of its content.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice displayed on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of bdc33's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdc33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the bdc33 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bdc33 is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss or corruption of data stored on your device or arising from your use of the platform's software or mobile interface.
